| There are commonly three types of irrigation systems used. |
- Microsprinklers
for herbaceous borders, flowerbeds, vegetable gardens, fruit trees and garden houses.
- Dripper Systems
for tubs, hanging baskets, pots and grow bags.
- Pop-up sprinklers
For lawns, occassional borders and vegetable gardens

| Automation with an electronic controller enables you to irrigate whenever, with measured amout of water |

 |

Developed over many years in some of the hottest and driest parts of the world, the Micro Sprinkler system is at the pinnacle of irrigation efficiency and durability. Cheap and easy to install every garden should have one! |
- Water Saving
The Micro Sprinkler emitter scientifically controls the spray making optimum use of available water over a greater area. The evaporation factor is lowered because;
- The wetted area is carefully confined
- The emitter is close to the ground and the relatively large droplets formed are not easily blown away
- Irrigation should take place in the evening, allowing deep penetration
- Better Growth and Yield
The system allows careful selection of the emitter that best suits the crop type. A selection of nozzles and spreaders/swivels enable precise watering of the targeted area. Plants get the right amount of water in the right place encouraging better growth and less disease. Spray can cover large area contributing to a healthier and wider root distribution and better anchorage.
- Energy Saving
The Micro Sprinkler system is a very low-pressure system for gardeners. Mains water pressure should be perfect and usually no pump is required for nurseries and growers water propelled solely by gravity is often sufficient. If pumping is required usually low pressure and low volume pumps are necessary.
- Economical
As the Micro Sprinkler system is mass produced for thousands of nurseries and growers worldwide, the components are now very economically priced for everyone to enjoy. The system is very easy to install and its clog resistance make it virtually maintenance free.

The Octadripper is a variable flow dripper that enables each specific container to be irrigated for optimum growth. They are used in the same way as the Micro Sprinkler system but enable more precise and localised watering of individual plants. The flow rate is variable from 0 to 40 liters per hour. The system can be installed as manual or fully automatic so you can go away and know that those precious hanging baskets will be thriving on your return. |
 |
- Easy to install and use.
- Low-pressure system.
- The dripper is connected to the mainline polypipe with 4mm leader tube.
- Plan the layout of the polypipe using a tap connector, tees and elbows
- At a point nearest each container, pierce the polypipe with the hole punch. cut the leader tube to length required and insert the Octadripper in one end and the adaptor in the other end. Push the other end of the adaptor into the hole in the polypipe
- Adjust the flow to suit the container.

Pop-Up sprinklers are principally designed for the irrigation of lawns. They are fitted just below ground level so as not to interfere with mowing or grass games. These sprinklers rely soley on water pressure for their operation and only lift above ground level whilst irrigating. |

| Different types of Pop-Up sprinklers are available if required, which range from; |
- Variety of models available with 0 to 360 degree adjustable arcs
- Suitable for areas ranging from hebaceuous beds to large lawns
- Easily installed underground, they are vandal resistant and unobtrusive
- Pop-Up sprinklers must be overlapped by 50% of their wetted area for even watering
- For optimum results we recommend using a minimum pipe size of 25mm MDPE
