| Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our online catalog and note the product numers, description and price on any item that you wish to buy, then click on the add to basket button. Transaction of or items chosen, can either be completed online, telephoned, faxed or emailed. |

| Payment is required with all orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Debit Cards or Cheques. Minimum order value is £5.00 |

| We will normally send your order to you within 5 - 10 working days. International orders are generally received in less than 28 days. Should any items not be in stock we will inform you and give an appropriate date of when they are expected. |

| We guarantee your satisfaction. All plastic fittings supplied by Precise Irrigation U.K. Ltd are guaranteed against frost damage for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Manifolds and other galvanised parts must be drained of water in the winter months, as these are not guaranteed against frost damage. Lever Valves should be manually opened and left open for the duration of frost hazard. Pumps and controllers are covered by the individual manufacturers guarantee. |

| All equipment supplied by Precise Irrigation U.K. Ltd is robust and can withstand normal handling, however, it is possible to damage the polythene pipe and fittings by accident. (e.g. spade, edge cutter or mower) Precise Irrigation U.K. Ltd does not hold itself responsible for such damage. |

| If you are not completely satisfied with any items you have ordered you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund. Please note, the refund will be minus original delivery costs. |

| Please ensure that items are returned in original packaging in an unaltered condition. We are sure you understand that we can�t be responsible for return postage. As a result, we urge you to obtain delivery confirmation of your return package. Please talk to your shipper regarding this. |

| Items that have been demonstrated are considered used (ie not in original condition). We are sorry but there can be no exceptions to this policy. |
